Hello, I’m Serena. Born in 1986 and raised in a charming village in Southern Italy.

 

I developed a passion for culture, simplicity, and connection early on. After earning my Master’s degree in Finance, I decided to pursue new experiences in 2012 by moving to Berlin, a city I’d fallen in love with during my Erasmus exchange two years prior. Berlin’s dynamic, entrepreneurial spirit inspired me to delve deeper into the world of marketing, and it wasn’t long before this field became my professional calling.​

 

Why Marketing Pills? Put simply, marketing fascinates me. I’m deeply interested in the psychology behind consumer decisions and the strategies that resonate with people. Through Marketing Pills, my goal is to share insights and industry knowledge in brief, digestible articles, no more than three-minute reads, that break down complex ideas into simple, actionable points. We’re all constantly on the go, and I want my readers to gain something valuable in just a few moments, no matter where they are.​Professionally, I am driven by performance and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, particularly start-ups that demand innovation and adaptability. Yet, what truly energizes me is leading and developing talent. Building and supporting high-performing teams, fostering individual growth, and cultivating potential are at the core of my work.​

 

Outside of my career, I find balance and inspiration in nature, whether on long walks through forests or in Berlin’s beautiful parks. I’m also passionate about yoga and Pilates, both of which help me stay grounded. And while I currently live in Germany, I frequently visit my family in Italy, where my dog, Niccolò, keeps my parents company. Additionally, I’m an avid collector of vinyl records, a hobby that connects me to music’s timeless quality.​
